He designs and delivers executive training programmes for financial institutions and corporates on topics including generative AI, financial restructuring, corporate finance, and entrepreneurial finance. His approach combines institutional rigour with practical frameworks drawn from his own experience as both a banker and founder.
Kayode is the Managing Partner of 23mile Capital, a specialist fund that acquires and turns around distressed venture-backed software companies. He previously founded Caena, a financial literacy and fundraising automation platform for startups and investors.
